THE CHALLENGE:
The task was to find unique and innovative partnerships with companies to reach our underserved financial audience in New York.

THE STRATEGY:
Our initial step was to research the spending priorities of our target audience. We found that approximately 75% of expenditures for families living in or near poverty go toward food, transportation, rent, utilities, and cell phone service. Next, we identified companies specializing in these areas and examined their existing partnerships. Using this information, we created a comprehensive deck of potential collaboration opportunities for MetroPlusHealth to better serve and connect with New Yorkers.
