THE IDEA:
With the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics approaching, the marketing interns teamed up to develop an Olympic-themed project aimed at generating excitement for the games. We decided on the name “Go for Gold”, which was inspired by our Gold Health Care Plan and recognizable yellow brand.
THE STRATEGY:
We organized an in-office Olympics with the ultimate goal of boosting morale both internally and externally. I was fully responsible for all content related to this project, including social media and branded graphic visuals. I planned initiatives and inclusive content designed to generate excitement for the games and to instill a sense of pride in our employees and members in their culture and New Yorker grit, much like the athletes competing in Paris.
