In 2016, Kinboshi Ramen brought their ramen to Portland, Oregon from Japan. As one of Portland’s most popular authentic artisan/handmade Japanese ramen joints, they take pride in being the first to introduce Portland to Hakata-style ramen. Along the way, they've heard their customers' favors, locally sharing new items like hand-crafted vegan ramen, found only in Portland.
